Became the person on the deal team responsible for VDR contract review — and built Clauseflint to solve the throughput problem she encountered on every engagement.

We answer questions we didn't expect

Every engagement teaches us something. A client's question about a clause type we haven't covered goes into the methodology backlog, not into a polite non-answer.

We stay small by choice, not by accident

Three people means decisions get made quickly and every engagement has direct attention. We'd rather grow slowly and do excellent work than scale and produce adequate work.
