VDR Upload
Export from Intralinks Deal Spaces and submit as a batch. Clauseflint processes the folder structure and returns a flag report organized by the original VDR hierarchy.
Datasite
VDR Upload
Submit a Datasite export folder directly. Folder naming conventions are preserved in the audit trail, so flagged clauses reference both document name and VDR path.
Firmex
VDR Upload
Upload Firmex exports in bulk. Suitable for smaller deal teams using Firmex for cost-effective VDR access — Clauseflint handles the review regardless of VDR choice.
API Access
For legal operations teams that need programmatic access
If your legal operations workflow includes a contract management system, intake queue, or custom workflow tool, the Clauseflint API provides programmatic submission and retrieval.
Authentication is token-based. Submission accepts multipart form upload or a document URL from a connected DMS. Results return as structured JSON with the full flag list and audit metadata.

Document Security
Handling sensitive transactional documents
Clauseflint processes documents in an isolated environment. Documents submitted for review are not used to train any models, are not shared with third parties, and are not retained beyond the engagement period without explicit written authorization.
We sign a mutual NDA before any document submission — no exceptions. Our standard form is available on request; if your firm has a preferred form, we work with that.
Clauseflint is designed with SOC 2 security controls in mind. We have not yet completed a formal SOC 2 Type II attestation — if your firm requires one before engagement, we are happy to discuss our architecture and controls in a due-diligence call.
